MANILA, Philippines — Heavy traffic is expected on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) on Saturday, November 23, due to the concern of K-Pop boy group Stray Kids in the Philippine Arena, the NLEX Corporation said on Friday.
Stray Kids will hold their concert “dominATE BULACAN” in the arena from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Article continues after this advertisement“Please expect a high volume of traffic in the area on this date. Ensure your RFID (radio frequency identification) accounts have sufficient balance and allow more time for travel,” the company’s advisory reads.
