LUCENA CITY — An earthquake of magnitude 3.9 was recorded early Monday in Rodriguez town in Rizal province.
The Philippine Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the tectonic tremor hit 18 kilometers northeast of the municipality, with a depth of 20 km, at 1:20 a.m.
