Ten days before the coronation night, Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo is making sure she gets to embrace every moment of the competition as she tries to captivate the audience with her poise and beauty through glamour photoshoots and other pre-coronation activities.

The Philippine bet has been delighting her Instagram followers with her glammed looks from her photoshoots and media appearances, charity and advocacy events that she attended, and other preparations she has done in Mexico.

In her latest post, Manalo wore a sparkly dark green ensemble as she reminded her supporters to keep on voting for her ahead of the coronation.

In a separate post, the 25-year-old beauty queen also shared some of her charming headshots taken by Filipino photographer Seven Barretto. The photos featured Manalo in loose, curly hair, giving a fierce yet happy aura.

Her posts were filled with praises from fans, celebrities and other fellow candidates including Tati Calmell of Peru.

“This is too cute,” wrote Calmell, calling Manalo “sis.”

“Ang ganda!!! (beautiful),” said Miss World Philippines 2007 Maggie Wilson.

Last month, the Bulakenya beauty fascinated the internet after she transformed as Princess Tiana for Halloween. 

Manalo got the attention of Disney legend Anika Noni Rose, best known for voicing Tiana, Disney’s first African-American princess, in “The Princess and the Frog” in 2009.

Manalo is vying for the Philippines’ fifth Miss Universe crown on coronation night on Nov. 16 in Mexico (Nov. 17 in the Philippines). The preliminary and national costume competitions are set for Nov. 14.
